Manicure Monday ♡

October 13, 2014

Hey everyone!

With school starting last week and spending the weekend catching up with some old friends. I unfortunately didn't manage to post anything but don't panic,  I'm back from my mini blogging vacay as I'd like to call it.

Okay let's get started! In case you didn't know I'd like to notify you that today, like every other Monday, is Manicure Monday! So what better day to learn how to do a manicure?
The first thing most people think of when they hear the word manicure are French tips where in fact it is the basic care and treatment of your hands and nails which is actually very easy and can be done at home.

So what will you need?
● Your hands and nails (obviously)
●  Nail file
●  Cuticle scissors
●  Soap
●  Hand lotion
●  Clear nail polish (optional)

1. First things first, remove any nail polish on your nails.
2.  Shape your nails with the nail file.
3.  Massage your cuticles.
4. Soak your nails in soapy water for about 5 minutes.
5. Push back each cuticle after drying your hands.
6. Apply hand lotion, wipe some off if it seems too greasy.
7. Apply a clear or any desired colour nail polish and you are done!

As simple as that! Enjoy your Manicure Monday!
