Roomspiration♡

My style is ever changing and I am always trying to update my room to keep with the change. However, I am currently faced with a dilemma, the two styles that have caught my eye are the minimalistic style and the bohemian style and they happen to oppose one another. I thought I would share some of my roomspiration and maybe it may help me find a balance.

What I like about the minimalistic design is how it is clean and fresh and it makes a room the perfect breathing space. You can come back home from a long day out and just relax. The style consists of classic pieces which grab your attention. This design keeps things simple without being too simplistic and it says a lot without saying too much.

I feel that my wall is my canvas. No matter how hard I try I can never keep it bare I always end up with things on my wall. I love the idea of having lights, Polaroids, drawings and quotes out on display. A mandala tapestry would really complete any room making, also making it the perfect breathing space.

I think I am a bit of a hoarder and I have an abundance of little things that mean so much to me. Which is why I don't think that a minimalistic room won't work for me. Sometimes I feel that a bohemian room can a bit to busy for my liking. I think the solution is to mix a little bit of this and a little bit of that until I find the right combination to create my wonderland

  1. I love these stlyles of rooms too! I would love a minimalist room but I have too much stuff as well aha. I also love rooms with wall hangings, I was so determined to do that for when I got my new room and I had it all planned out, but then I ended up getting wall stickers instead. Also I feel like with minimalist rooms they would always have to be so tidy!x
