Hey everyone!

After I came up with that title I couldn't stop singing Roar by Katy Perry. Update: We are less than two weeks away from spring and I am finally done with tests for this term. Which means more writing, reading, blogging and everything in between.

I was having a rather lazy day last Sunday. That's why I decided to wear my favourite shirt from non other than my favourite store Factorie! It was rather chilly so I wore a black long sleeve top under my T-shirt. The other reason I wore a top underneath and not a jacket was to show off my T-shirt. I mean it has galaxy print and a tiger people need to see this, okay! I wore the T-shirt with some simple dark jeggings and I was ready to do nothing all day.

The vintage bag♥

Hey everyone!

I discovered this bag in my mom's closet a while ago and it has become my favourite bag ever since . I'm pretty sure it's older than me and it's totally different from what I usually go for. It is an Artigiani Veneziani vintage sling bag , which still smells brand new due to the lack of use by my mother.

I absolutely love the vintage look and the fact that it's so simple meaning that it will go with most of my outfit (score!)The bag has one small pocket inside and the length of the strap can be adjusted or the strap can simply be removed. This great because it makes the bag look different.

Hey everyone!

I've been a seeing this trend in a couple of magazines which I totes like. It got me all heart eye emoji. It involves wearing all black and printed, plaid or bright coloured jacket. Being a person who likes wearing all black this trend is perfect because sometimes I feel as though my outfit needs some oomf.

My favourite out of the three outfits is the one with the plaid shirt. I don't know what about it but it's just working. It's so simple yet stylish which is perf.

My forgotten love♥

Hello Everyone!

I rediscovered one of my favourite dresses in my closet today. I totally forgot about it's existence during winter. To be honest I don't know how it happened and I feel so bad about it. Which totally means I will be wearing it a lot this summer. I found the perfect shoes the other day. My sister actually found them first but decided not to get them. I will be eternally grateful for this because I think they have become my new favourites.

I remember seeing a dress similar to this on Tumblr a few days before I got mine and I'm pretty sure I fell in love. Which is why I could not believe it when I found this one and I just had to get it . Its so cute and comfy. I absolutely love the collar of the dress . I also love the style of the dress, it probably has a name but unfortunately I don't know it.

And the wedges! Where do I begin? This was yet another case of love at first sight. I'm almost 100% sure that isn't the last time you'll be seeing them because I have so many plans for these shoes. Both the dress and shoes are from Mr Price one of my favourite stores. It has great clothing at affordable prices. What more can one ask for?

I wore this outfit with a simple watch that I may or may not have taken from my sister's closet without her knowing (sshhh). She'll find out sooner or later (hopefully later). And to end off this post I'd like to wish all South African women a wonderful Women's Day!

Countdown to SPRING!♡

Hello everyone ♥

With the beginning of August I know that spring is only a few weeks away. Although I will miss the endless supplies of tea and cuddling under the blankets, I am quite ready for spring and I'm already counting down.Finding the right outfit during the transition of seasons can be quite hard because its sweater weather in the morning and in the afternoon it feels as if you are at the gates of hell.

I think finding an outfit that's not too warm and pairing it up with a jacket is the best idea as you can easily take it off as the day continues. This is why I picked a biker jacket and combat boots to wear with my simple black skirt and top. This way I'll be warm in morning but as it gets hotter I just take off my jacket and continue with my day.

You can add some jewellery to your outfit and a bright coloured bag and you all set and ready to go.

Hello Everyone!

I haven't posted anything for so long (11 days to be exact). I've been so busy with school and other things and I just couldn't find any time. I do however promise to make time and post more often, YAY!

There is something that I realised lately and I thought I would share it. I really enjoy taking pictures of random things, whether it's animals, plants, food, basically anything. Many people think it's odd but that doesn't matter. When I see something beautiful front of my eyes I feel the need to take a picture, so I can keep it with me for longer. I'm currently saving up for a camera and I hope to get one real soon.

In the meantime I will continue to take pictures with my phone. Anyway, here are a few pictures I took:

Sweater weather

Hello everyone♥

Incase you have not realised I am not a fan of winter. I am however a huge fan of sweaters and an even bigger fan of slogan sweaters.

The reason I love sweaters is that you can basically wear them with almost anything from pants to shorts to skirts and they're super comfy. I think slogan sweaters are even better because they can tell you more about a certain person even if it is the slightest bit.

Reading people's sweaters is loads of fun. As stated in an issue of Elle magazine : "You can't read people's thoughts but you can read a person by what they wear - or better yet, read what they're wearing."

Sweaters are also a great way to convey a message. If you can't say it out loud why not let your sweater do it for you? So, next time you come across someone wearing a sweater make sure you read it, it could be telling you something. If not just enjoy the read.

Back to school☆

After a well deserved, three week break its time to go back to school. I must admit waking up in the morning is a mission and the cold weather isn't helping. I can't believe that most of the girls in my school can cope with one pair of stalkings as I have to wear three pairs to keep myself from freezing. I'm starting to think that I may be cold blooded.

My current winter favourites are beanies. They cover up a bad hair day and there are so many different types. Need I say more?

I absolutely ♥ my raccoon beanie. It's cute and great for taking selfies.
