We are currently in the transition period between winter and spring and it’s always such a confusing time. It’s almost as though we experience all seasons in one day. About two weeks ago I went on a road trip to North West and the weather was a complete disaster. It was freezing. However, it gave me a chance to pull off some winter looks just before we say goodbye to winter. A sweater is always my go-to look for the cold days. Staying warm and comfortable while looking cute. A pair of jeans is not ideal for a road trip but I had to do it for fashion.

It's Christmas tomorrow and it's 2017 next week. I cannot believe how quickly this year has gone by. Today I'm going to be sharing my outfit and just chatting a bit. I feel like this year for me has been a year of self discovery especially towards the end. I feel like I have grown and I have just learnt so much about myself.

I am scared and equally excited about the future. I am beginning my last year of high school in less than a month and I'll be eighteen in three months. It seems as though everything is going too quickly. High school hasn't been the best experience for me and I honestly just want to finish already but I'm scared of life after high school. I have to decide what it is that I want to do with my life and I am just really confused. I like a whole lot of things and hopefully I'll find a way to balance it all.

On a lighter note, it's Christmas Eve so let's just have some fun. My outfit is simple yet fun. This is probably my favourite top. It has a bohemian feel to it and it also has a cool print. I wore it with my black button down skirt because it's versatile and also adds on to the boho feel. I have had these shoes for about three months now and I finally decided it's time I wore them. They are different from what I usually go for but I love how they complete the look.

One thing I have been wearing a lot lately are my cat ears. I bought them on Black Friday and I think it's the best decision I ever made. They are fun and make me feel like I'm walking around with a Snapchat filter. And, of course, I had to wear a choker because that's just how the universe works.

Everything began feeling so Christmassy as soon as December started and that makes me feel so happy. I love Christmas and just about anything else that has to do with Christmas. Another thing that I love is this dress that I got from H&M when it opened at Menlyn. You can read all about the new Menlyn here and you can take also take a look at some of the other cool stuff I got here.

I'm not really a dress person but I just fell in love with this one. I think it has something to do with the floral print. The contrast between the bright flowers and the black dress is amazing! I also love the shape as it is quite unique. This dress is perfect for summer because the material is very light and, of course, the floral print as well. I mean, does it get any more summery (yes, I just made up a word) than that?

I wore this dress with my favourite shoes and they add a bit of edge to the look. The chokers also added a great touch to the outfit and really completed the look. I love how everything came together to create a fun, edgy look. It's exciting!

I haven't shared an outfit in ages, I seriously don't know what is wrong with me. I'm finally back with a new outfit post and it is really nothing special. I bought this army green jacket recently and I have only worn it once because it's just been so hot. I'm glad that the weather is great but I kinda want to show off my jacket. Forgive me but I just love it.

These kind off jackets have been on trend lately and I just had to join in on the fun. My sister told me not to buy it but it was on sale so I really didn't have a choice.

I wore light jeans with this jacket mainly for the fact that I always wear dark jeans so I just wanted to add a spin to things. The top is also a recent purchase and it is so cute.

I love how big it is, it just amazing. I can wear a cropped top without feeling exposed. It also has so many pockets and ,of course, that is always a wonderful thing.

The colours I wore I different from the ones I usually go for but I like how they are neutral. This outfit is definitely my first choice for a rainy day. The jacket is just perfect and I wish I had more excuses to wear it.

I am a major cricket fan and if you follow me on Twitter you would know that. On Sunday I finally went to see my first live cricket match and it was amazing. We beat Australia and it was just a lot of fun. I really don't know why it took me so long to go watch cricket at a stadium.

Parking was not an easy task. We found a parking spot quite far from the stadium and it was ridiculously expensive so we decided to come up with another plan. We picked up my sister's friend, he dropped us off and took the car to his place. The parking catastrophe made us about 15 minutes but it wasn't too bad.

The rest of the day was spent cheering, dancing, chatting, eating and just having a good time. I also kind of made a new friend so that's cool. Overall it was a wonderful and I hope I can do it again soon.

Since I haven't done an outfit post in a while I thought I would share my outfit. I went for something casual yet cool. I love my NYC print slip ons  but it is so hard to find something to wear them with. I decided to try them on with this outfit and it just worked.  I also got to wear my cool new mirror shades and I really had an awesome day. Yay!
