I love to create and my favourite way to explain it is by comparing it to magic. Simply starting out with nothing and transforming it into a masterpiece. Now tell me that doesn't sound like magic? Through creating I've learnt so much about myself and the world around me. I love how I can now see the world in a different perspective. It is absolutely incredible. Everyday I find new ways to express myself and be creative whether it be through writing, drawing, making videos, the list can go on forever. However, I do have to admit that there are days when I feel stuck, uninspired and simply lost. That's when I go out to find inspiration and quotes seem to always do the trick. Not too long ago I came across an interesting tweet about blackout poetry. It really inspired me and is the main reason behind this post. The tweet stated simple steps to follow in order to create blackout poetry, "1. Find an old book/magazine/newspaper. 2. Let the words find you." That's exactly what I did and this is what I came up with.
